Growth Regulators
Plant growth regulators work on the crop’s own hormone balance rather than on a pest. Used at the right stage they hold flowers, improve set and even out maturity; used casually they can cost yield.
Choosing within this category
Timing matters more than dose. Each product has a narrow window — flowering, fruit set, or a defined growth stage — and applying it outside that window is at best wasted and at worst harmful. Do not increase the rate to compensate for late application.
