This website is operated by BharatAg Crop Science Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is for

It describes our product range and provides general agronomic information. It is an information and enquiry service. Orders are not placed here; our products are sold through the Hello Kissan retail network and other licensed dealers.

3. Product information

Product details on this site are provided for general guidance. The label and leaflet on the pack are the authoritative source for approved crops, target pests, dose, method of application, waiting period, safety precautions and first aid. Where this site and the pack differ, follow the pack.

Crop protection products are regulated under the Insecticides Act, 1968 and the Insecticides Rules, 1971. They must be used only on the crops and pests for which they are registered, at the registered dose, by a person competent to apply them.

4. Agronomic guidance

Articles, crop schedules, thresholds and recommendations on this site are general. They are not a substitute for inspection of your own field, a soil test, or advice from a qualified agronomist or your state agriculture department. Results depend on soil, weather, variety, water, timing and application quality, none of which we control.

5. Intellectual property

The content, product names, brand marks, photographs and layout of this site belong to BharatAg Crop Science Pvt Ltd or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own farming or business use. You may not reproduce them commercially, or present them as your own, without our written permission.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, we do so because we think they may be useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

7. Availability

We try to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under product liability law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from use of general information on this site where the pack label was not followed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
