What we collect when you contact us, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.

1. Who we are
BharatAg Crop Science Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the information described below.
2. What we collect, and why

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for anything we do not need in order to reply. Providing your details is voluntary; without a phone number we cannot call you back.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
- We do not use it for advertising, and we run no advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not send marketing messages to a number given for a specific enquiry, unless you have told us we may.
4. Who else sees it
Your enquiry is seen by our own staff, and by the Hello Kissan dealer nearest you if answering it requires a local visit. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which necessarily stores the data on our behalf. We do not transfer personal data outside India.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a record of what was recommended, and are then removed. Website assistant conversations are kept only in a rolling recent log, and older entries are discarded automatically.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may:
- ask what personal data of yours we hold, and what we have done with it;
- have inaccurate details corrected, or incomplete details completed;
- have your data erased, where we are not required to keep it;
- withdraw a consent you previously gave, as easily as you gave it;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to;
- complain to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve your grievance.
To exercise any of these, contact the Grievance Officer below. Tell us the phone number you gave us, so we can find your record. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case within the timeframe the law requires.
7. Children
This site is intended for farmers, dealers and business contacts, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe we hold such data, tell us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised staff and protected by password-controlled sign-in. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfect; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will act as the law requires.
